#1 Squat and lunge away!

#4 Sleep as much as you can all night.
Lack of sleep, or disturbed sleep at night, can contribute to weight gain. To do this, it converts all your food into fat reserves that can be used to fuel you till the time you fall asleep again. Thus, your fat burning capability is greatly reduced. Instead of falling into this trap, try and get at least seven hours of good quality sleep every night. Invest in blackout curtains to cut out the glare from street lights, make sure the room is completely silent and devoid of distraction, and keep all the lights switched off. It is also important to maintain a regular sleep schedule: aim to sleep and wake up at the same time every day to regularise your body’s internal clock.
#5 Get your body reshaped.
